Many people find they can’t grow their hair or that their locks grow very slowly. There are a few tips you can try to promote hair growth that are both affordable and safe for your scalp.

1. There are different rinses you can try either from purchasing from a store or making them at home. Try rinsing your mane with apple cider vinegar and sage tea to promote growth. You can also boil rosemary leaves in water and use this rinse after you wash your tresses daily. If you want to bring life back to your mane and remove dullness, try rinsing your locks with one juiced lemon and 1 cup of water.

2. Giving your scalp a massage daily will promote hair growth. Those who find they can’t grow hair find that massaging their scalp vigorously on a daily basis will help thicken and strengthen their tresses.

3. Different oils can make your mane shiny and healthy too. Try rubbing olive oil into your scalp to promote hair growth. Lavender oil is another popular product to use on hair; scientific tests have proven that using lavender oil on your scalp will help with hair growth.

4. If you have dry hair use jojoba oil. It is great for adding needed moisture to your hair especially if used on a daily basis. And if you have problems with tangles, using jojoba oil before washing it will help prevent them from occurring.

5. Olive oil will help to strengthen your hair and improve its quality when used regularly. It helps relieve the stress on your hair and gives it elasticity. Coconut oil is also used for dry and damaged hair as it provides moisture. Massaging 1 egg yolk and leaving it in for one hour also promotes hair growth, simply wash out after.

6. Finally you can try Mira hair oil to help with healthy hair growth if you find you can’t grow hair. Mira has a great combination of herbs and oils needed for healthy and faster hair growth. Using it just before you go to bed and leave it on all night; wash it off in the morning.

These are the six steps you must use if you can’t grow hair! Again you need to be patient and consistent with them to grow a healthy long mane.
